In the rare event that an alteration needs attention, we strive to rectify it promptly and at no extra cost to you.

However, if we're unable to fix the alteration:    

•    With the original receipt, we'll reimburse you for the amount paid for the garment.    

•    Alternatively, we'll agree on a fair reimbursement amount for the garment, ensuring your satisfaction.

 

Rest assured, if reimbursement is necessary, Imperial Cleaners & Tailors will handle the garment accordingly. For our Product Guarantee, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days, provided you have the original receipt. If you encounter any issues with Reliable Products, please return them directly to Reliable. Refer to the packaging for further details.
